History

The law firm Abogados Fischer has grown out of the original company established in Madrid in 1972 by the two founding partners: Dr. Klaus-Bernd Fischer and Dr. Ana Katharina Fischer. Both are Spanish lawyers with German citizenship.

In 1998, Robert Fischer (also a German national) became a partner, guaranteeing the continuity of the organisation and its philosophy.

From the very beginning, Abogados Fischer has focused on legal advice and support for Spanish / German companies and private individuals in the areas of International Trade, Business and Civil Law and, over the years, has built up a solid reputation.

Throughout those 50 years, the company has always adjusted its advice to take into account all legal changes that have occurred in Spain as well as internationally, all the time honing its professionalism through constant evolution while remaining faithful to its focus and philosophy.

For national and international, especially German-speaking companies as well as private individuals, Abogados Fischer specialises in legal advice relating to Spanish law and, vice versa, offers legal advice on the German legal system to those companies and individuals that are based in Spain and work with Germany or have business interests there.
